Reflections on wellness,
motherhood, and the
practice of intentional living.

This space began as a way for me to reconnect with a medium that has always felt spiritual to me: writing. In this space, I document the practices, ideas, and experiences that shape how I move through life.

Here you’ll find reflections on wellness, motherhood, partnership, and the small disciplines that help us stay grounded while building something meaningful. Some entries are essays; others are simple notes—workouts that strengthen my body, meditation practices that bring me back to center, books that shift my thinking, or thoughts on creating spaces and rituals that make everyday life feel more intentional.

My hope is that something here encourages you to slow down, trust yourself, and design a life that truly belongs to you. We are all still figuring it out—and here, we can do it together.

Wellness

Movement, meditation, and small daily habits have become ways for me to return to myself. Some days that looks like strength training that challenges my body. Other days it means slowing down long enough to breathe, reflect, or sit quietly for a few moments.

Lifestyle

Much of life is shaped by the details that fill our days: the books we read, the music playing in the background, the meals shared with people we love, and the gatherings that bring us together.

Beauty

The beauty philosophy I live by is less about trends and more about care. Cleansing the day away, nourishing the skin, or simply pausing for a moment can become quiet acts of grounding.

Fashion

Fashion is another form of expression—a quiet way of communicating how we move through the world.

The pieces we choose often mirror the lives we are building: the environments we move through, the energy we carry into the day, and the sense of self we continue to refine over time.

Home & Design

The spaces we inhabit influence the way we live. Light, texture, objects, and layout all shape how a room feels when we step into it.

Over time I’ve become increasingly interested in how our environments can support the lives we want to build—spaces that allow us to rest, focus, gather, and think clearly.

Perspective

Some thoughts resist categories. They grow out of conversations, experiences, or moments of reflection that linger long enough to demand attention.

These essays explore themes of work, relationships, discipline, personal growth, and the ongoing process of making sense of the world around us.

HI, I’M Dariana

MEet the woman behind the articles

I’ve always been drawn to the process of building things—sometimes in the physical world, always within myself.

My path has taken a few unexpected turns. I’ve worked as a published model and, earlier in life, stepped into the ring as an amateur competitive boxer, fighting three times at Madison Square Garden and once winning the New York Golden Gloves tournament.

Collaborations

I partner with brands that fit naturally into the way I live—wellness, beauty, fashion, home, and the everyday practices that shape how my days unfold.

Everything shared here is integrated into real life. Worn, used, lived with, and experienced over time.

If it feels aligned, I’m open to exploring what we can build together.
